If you'd like to cancel your order, just send an email to our friendly customer care team at [email protected]. It's important to know that we work quickly and so does our warehouse so it may not always be possible to cancel your order. 

If you ask to cancel and your order has already been sent out, unfortunately, we won't be able to stop it. In that case, you can still return the items using our simple returns process. Please see our Returns Policy for steps on how to return an order.
