How to return your Jude order
We want you to love your Jude purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it as easy as possible to return.
Before you return — what's eligible?
Supplements — we can accept returns on supplements where the packaging is completely sealed and unopened. If the pack has been opened, we're unable to process a refund.
Leak-proof pants — for hygiene reasons, we can only accept pants that are clean, unworn, and in original packaging with all labels and leaflets intact. When trying on for fit, please keep your own underwear on and leave the hygiene label in place.
Bamboo pads & liners — must be unopened and in original packaging.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
How to send your return

Step 2 — Choose how to send it back
You can either print a returns label at home, or select the QR code option and present it at your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point — no printer needed. If you choose the QR code option, please allow up to 10 minutes for it to arrive in your inbox.
Step 3 — Pack your item securely
Make sure the item is well packaged and, if returning pants, that all hygiene labels are still attached and the item is in its original packaging.
Step 4 — Drop it off
Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office or arrange a collection via the Royal Mail portal.
What happens next?
Once your return has been received, please allow 3–5 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are always returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 2–3 days to appear in your account.
Please note: the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Buying a bundle of pants?
If you purchased a bundle of 3 pairs, please only open one pack to check the fit before deciding to keep or return. Packs that have been opened are not eligible for return, so keep the others sealed until you're sure.
