If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return your item, please follow the below steps so our team can process your request.
Please note we will only accept unused, unopened goods.
This must be within 14 days of delivery and products must be in perfect condition, including packaging.

If you have purchased a 3 month subscription you can return this within 60 days as long as all 3 packets are unopened. Please note this only applies to the 3 month subscription and not the 3 month bundle or any other supplement products.
If you are returning our Leak-proof pants then please ensure for hygiene reasons, the underwear is:
- Clean and unworn
- Not washed or damaged
- In a sell-able condition (this means in the original packaging, all labels attached & leaflets included).
- If your underwear has a hygiene label, please leave it in place if you are trying the underwear and it must be in place if you return the item.
In order to make sure you will be eligible to return any purchased underwear, please bear in mind the following when trying it on:
- If you have purchased a bundle of 3 pairs, please only open one pack & try this on to ensure the product is right for you before opening all 3!
- To make sure they fit before keeping them, please try the leak-proof pants on with your own underwear or bikini bottoms underneath, this will protect the product and ensure you can return the underwear if it does not meet your needs.
- Please keep the original packaging and use this to return the item.
- Please ensure all labels are intact and not removed.
- If you are required to return the product, please fold and place the product in the original packaging with labels attached and the leaflet included.
* Please note complimentary accessories (such as e.g. Jude water bottles) are non refundable.
Please ensure your name and order number are included in your returns parcel, if they are not, your return will not be processed and we will be unable to refund you.
Once the warehouse has received your items a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Please note once a refund has been processed it can take 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account.
