More than 80% of people in Jude's clinical trial saw a difference after 12 weeks of continued use. On average, our customers start to experience changes after 6 weeks and continue to see results after 12 weeks. But it's worth noting, every bladder is different! Depending on factors like diet, lifestyle, medical history and severity of symptoms, it could take more or less time for you to see results - the key is to keep going, take the supplement consistently every day and help your muscles regain strength. Remember, regaining control and improving long-term bladder health is a marathon, not a sprint.⌚️

We recommend taking 3 supplements for the first 2 weeks of your plan to kick-start your journey and results. Then, switch to 2 capsules per day consistently. You can take Jude morning or night, in one dose or spaced out throughout the day - just choose a routine that works for you.

When will I see results? 

We think it's important to differentiate between nutritional health supplements and drugs which are typically prescribed by doctors. Supplements are added to your diet to increase a deficiency or add a balance - like Vitamin D or Iron. They are typically made with naturally occurring ingredients including vitamins, minerals, herbs, botanicals, amino acids, enzymes and other ingredients. That's where Jude comes in!

Some people prefer a more natural solution, so that's why we offer a different solution to prescription medication, which is kinder to the body and natural, yet evidence-based.

And while there are currently no known contraindications with taking our supplement and other medications, we would always recommend having a quick chat with your GP before starting any new dietary supplement. It's important to seek advice based on your personal medical history.

We have had brilliant positive feedback on our supplements both from our customers and in clinical trials - where there was a 67% reduction in daily leaks and a 70% reduction in nighttime trips to the loo.

How is Jude different from medication?

We want you to be overjoyed with your Jude purchase. But, if something's not quite right and you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps so our team can assist you promptly!

Step 1 - Returns Form📄
Complete the online Returns Form* here to start the process. (Psst - if this form is not completed, we won't be able to process your return or issue a refund, so make sure you fill this in!)
You'll need your 5-digit order number, which you can find on your Jude order confirmation email.
Step 2 - Return Package*📦
Include your name and order number in the returns parcel, with your completed returns form. 
Fold and place the product in the original packaging.
Send your parcel back to us and retain a copy of your proof of postage. 
Step 3 - Refund Processing⌛️
Once our warehouse receives your items, your return will be checked in and processed within 3-5 business days.
After confirming the status of your return, we will issue you a refund, and send you an email to confirm this has been processed.
Note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Refunds will automatically be issued to the original payment method.
