CoreCTRL uses a 20× concentrated Austrian pumpkin seed extract. This provides a much higher level of key compounds, such as L-arginine, an important amino acid, than you would get from eating regular pumpkin seeds. You would need to consume a very large amount of raw seeds to reach the same concentration found in the extract.

Pumpkin seeds themselves are nutritious and naturally rich in beneficial compounds, but it is not a like for like comparison. The extract is far more concentrated and delivers these compounds in a precise, consistent dose that would be difficult to achieve through food alone.
