My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?Updated 4 months ago

If you've been waiting for your order for more than 5 working days, don't worry, we're here to assist. Please keep in mind that we dispatch all orders via Royal Mail with a standard delivery timeframe of 3-5 working days. Before contacting our team, please wait 1 extra working day beyond this timeframe to account for local Royal Mail delays.

If your order still hasn't arrived after 6 working days, please send us an email at [email protected], and our team will help to track it down for you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event your parcel is lost or stolen, we will help coordinate a replacement for you via a tracked next-day delivery service instead.
