We will dispatch your order to Royal Mail on the same day if your order is placed before 1 pm. Your order will be couriered by Royal Mail 48. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

If you've been waiting for your order for more than 5 working days, don't worry, we're here to assist. Please keep in mind that we dispatch all orders via Royal Mail with a standard delivery timeframe of 3-5 working days. Before contacting our team, please wait 1 extra working day beyond this timeframe to account for local Royal Mail delays.

In the unlikely event your parcel is lost or stolen, we will help coordinate a replacement for you via a tracked next-day delivery service instead.
