When will my order arrive?

We dispatch orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you place your order before 1pm, it will leave our warehouse the same day. You should receive it within 3–5 working days.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If it's been 5 working days and your order hasn't arrived, please wait one extra working day to allow for any local Royal Mail delays before getting in touch — most late orders arrive within that window.

If your order still hasn't arrived after 6 working days, drop us an email at [email protected] with your order number and we'll track it down for you straight away.

If your next renewal is coming up around a Bank Holiday, you can bring your shipment date forward so you're never caught short. Just log in to your account and either click Get now or move your next order to an earlier date.
