It depends on what the cause of the incontinence is concerning Parkinson's disease. If it is due to benign prostatic hypertrophy then the Jude supplement may support you. However, there haven't been studies into Parkinson's related bladder problems and this supplement. That doesn't mean it won't provide a benefit - it's just we don't have the data for that yet.
