It depends on what the cause of the incontinence is concerning Parkinson's disease. If it is due to benign prostatic hypertrophy then the Jude supplement may support you. However, there haven't been studies into Parkinson's related bladder problems and this supplement. That doesn't mean it won't provide a benefit - it's just we don't have the data for that yet. 

Since this supplement has a very safe side effect profile - it may be worth trying. However, we would always recommend having a chat with your doctor before trying a new supplement, so they can advise about the ingredients in the context of your personal medical history and any existing medication you may be taking.
