How big are the capsules?
Our Bladder Health Supplement are around 2cm long. It’s a standard capsule size, so if you’ve taken vitamins before, it’ll likely feel familiar.

Can I open the capsule and take the contents instead?
If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, no problem - just open them up and add the powder to your food or drink. Here are a few ways our customers take theirs:

• Stirred into a pot of yoghurt (the most popular choice)
• Mixed into a spoonful of honey
• With a banana
• Mixed into a glass of water - (give it a good stir)
• Sprinkled over your food
