We want you to be overjoyed with your Jude underwear. But, if something's not quite the right fit and you wish to exchange them, please follow these simple steps so our team can assist you promptly. Please note that we can only exchange unused underwear. 


Initiating an Exchange: 

Exchange requests must be initiated by completing the returns form within 14 days of delivery, and products must be returned in perfect condition, including original packaging.

Please note, exchanges are only possible when buying underwear. All items must be returned in their original packaging with the hygiene seal still intact. If items are returned and the hygiene seal is missing, we will not be able to offer an exchange. 


If you want to process an exchange of our underwear, please fill out the following:

Please fill out the physical form included in your order and let us know which size and style of underwear you would like to exchange.

Please then fill out our Jude Returns form and select the option; Exchange (Underwear Only). https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7692

Here you will find all the information you need to generate your returns label or organise your collection. Please note, if you choose to generate a QR code, there can sometimes be a few minutes delay to receiving this via email so please allow up to 10 minutes for it to come through.

Once your item has been collected or returned, please allow 3-5 working days for your exchange to be processed and shipped. 

If your returned item(s) does not meet our return policy requirements, we cannot process an exchange, so you will need to order a new item on-site instead. We'll notify you in the rare case your return doesn't match our return standards, with instructions on what to do next.


For hygiene reasons, please ensure the underwear is:

  1. Clean and unworn*.

  2. Not washed or damaged.

  3. In sellable condition (original packaging, all labels attached, and leaflets included).

  4. The hygiene label is in place when trying on or returning the item.

  5. If you purchased a bundle of 3 pairs, open only one pack for fitting.
